How did you come to WKK?
My father works here and told me what a friendly and pleasant working atmosphere here is. Here you are not just a number, but a full team member, no matter in which department. Previously I worked for a large chain, I knew what it was like to be just a small number among many.
What was your personal highlight in the first weeks at WKK?
In the first few weeks at WKK, I was welcomed so warmly that I immediately knew that leaving my old job behind and breaking new ground was the right decision.
I've been with the company for eight weeks now and look forward to coming here every day. Every day I learn something new and face new challenges.
WKK puts great emphasis on a good induction. What did you find the best in your induction phase?
Since I come from a completely different field (ophthalmic optics), I was not aware of various things. I also had to familiarize myself with the used software. But no matter when or who I asked for help, it was explained to me calmly. From the first moment, I felt like I'd been working in this team forever.
WKK strives to act sustainably. Can you identify yourself with it?
Definitely, it's incredibly important to me privately too. As an example, I tend the garden in such a way that the bees also feel comfortable.
What does an ideal company look like for you?
A difficult question. I think there should be a work-life balance. I can tell you from experience what it's like to work a lot and when it's taken for granted to put in tons of overtime. There are mistakes in every company, but it is part of it. Because only when mistakes happen can you learn from them.
But through WKK I finally know what it's like to be part of a team and that my work is valued.
What are your professional goals?
It has always been important to me never to stand still. My own motivation made me continue to educate myself privately and to constantly learn new things.
I don't just want to answer questions here at WKK, but also become a contact person. I very much hope that I will look after the customers in such a way that they will feel that they are in good hands with me.
