What are the benefits of creating an account in the webshop?
To be able to request quotes and/or place orders via the webshop, creating an account is required.
In your account you can easily and quickly reorder previously ordered items based on your own prices (in addition to all other items that we can deliver, of course). In addition, you have 24/7 insight into our product data, stocks and your order history and data.
If you have created an account, sign in to ‘My account’ and then click on ‘My orders’ in the menu on the left. You can reorder items via these orders. In ‘My account’ it is also possible under ‘My favorites’ to make a list of items that you want to reorder regularly.

Can I change the email address of my login details?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Once your account has been created, you cannot change your email address - it is leading for your account.
Can I provide a second email address for quotation requests and/or orders via the webshop?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Because your email address is leading for your account, only one email address can be used per account.
Can I create multiple users on my account in the webshop?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. It is an option to share an account with several people. In this case, all people sign in with the same login details.
I am already a customer of WKK. How can I create an account?
If you know the email address that is linked to your company account with WKK as the primary contact email address, you can set a password with that email address via the 'Forgot your password?' page.
If you do not know this email address or if you are in doubt, it is best to contact us by telephone (call +31 (0)13 571 21 71) or by email
