Cable ties by brand
Our extensive range of cable ties includes products from two brands: WKK & ABB.
ABB’s cable ties are further divided into two sub-brands: Ty-Rap® and Ty-Fast®.
WKK Cable Ties
Most of the cable ties in our assortment are from our own brand, WKK. Under the WKK brand, we offer 17 types of cable ties:

All WKK plastic cable ties are made from high-quality plastic (polyamide 6.6, polyamide 4.6, polyamide 12, polypropylene, ETFE, or polyethylene) or stainless steel in material grades AISI 304 or AISI 316L. The plastic cable ties feature a plastic locking barb. This distinguishes them from Ty-Rap® cable ties, which have a stainless steel locking barb.
Ty-Rap® Cable Ties
Ty-Rap® is a brand name of ABB, formerly Thomas & Betts. In the Netherlands, the brand name has become a generic term — people often refer to all cable ties as "tyraps."We offer seven types of Ty-Rap® cable ties:

All Ty-Rap® cable ties are made from plastic. They differ from WKK cable ties in one key aspect: the locking barb. In Ty-Rap® cable ties, the locking barb — located in the head of the tie — is made of stainless steel. In WKK cable ties, it is made of plastic.
Ty-Fast® Cable Ties
Ty-Fast®, like Ty-Rap®, is a brand from ABB. We offer one type of Ty-Fast® cable tie:
The only difference between Ty-Fast® general-purpose cable ties and Ty-Rap® general-purpose cable ties is the locking barb: Ty-Fast® cable ties feature a plastic locking barb (like WKK cable ties), while Ty-Rap® cable ties feature a stainless steel locking barb.
