Push mount cable ties
Push mount cable ties are ideal for routing cables and tubes along a surface. By pushing the anchor into a pre-drilled hole—such as in a profile—you secure the cable tie firmly.
Types of push mount cable ties
Push mount cable ties are available in two variants: with or without wings. The variant with wings is available in 9 sizes, and the variant without wings in 6 sizes.
Properties of push mount cable ties
Both variants (with and without wings) are made from polyamide 6.6. They are resistant to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C. They comply with flammability rating UL 94 V-2 and are halogen- and silicone-free. The locking tongue is made of plastic.
Push mount cable ties are available in two colors: natural and black. The black variant is UV-resistant, making it particularly suitable for outdoor use.
Our push mount cable ties are sold in packs of 100 or 1000.
Using push mount cable ties
Push mount cable ties are used to route cables, tubes, and cable bundles along a pre-drilled hole. You simply press the anchor located above the head of the cable tie into the hole, where it will hold firmly. Then, route the cables along the cable tie and close it by feeding the end through the head of the tie—just like you would with a standard cable tie.
Applications of push mount cable ties
A common application for push mount cable ties is use on steel or aluminum frames. These often have pre-drilled holes along their full length, providing plenty of options for placing the cable tie.
