Sustainable and biodegradable
Thanks to the use of natural raw materials, FibreStrap offers a sustainable alternative to conventional plastic cable ties. Compared to a 200 mm polyamide 6.6 cable tie, the production of a FibreStrap cable tie results in 85% lower CO₂ emissions and 80% lower water consumption.
After use, FibreStrap cable ties can be disposed of with paper waste. If a cable tie nevertheless ends up in the environment or at a landfill, its biodegradable properties ensure that it breaks down significantly faster than plastic alternatives.
