How did you come to join WKK?
I joined WKK through Daniela. She did a great job connecting us – thanks again, Daniela! It was pure coincidence that WKK was looking for someone just as I was looking for a new opportunity. Daniela forwarded my application, and that’s how I ended up here.

What are your responsibilities?
I handle almost all HR-related matters, such as preparing contracts or entering data. I also maintain contact with the tax office, the company doctor, and the insurance provider – especially regarding company pension plans and supplementary health insurance.

How would you describe the working atmosphere at WKK?
I think there’s a great working atmosphere at WKK. Collaboration with colleagues works very well, the interaction is respectful, and there’s an open communication culture.

Absolutely. I try to live sustainably in my private life wherever I can.

What do you look forward to when you go to work in the morning?
I look forward to the beautiful office, the friendly colleagues, doing my work properly – and of course, the delicious coffee.
