but also a distributor of the brand Ty-Fast®. Ty-Fast® zip ties are zip ties completely made of plastic. Compared to Ty-Rap® zip ties, Ty-Fast® zip ties don’t have a stainless steel locking mechanism in the head of the zip tie. Nevertheless, Ty-Fast® zip ties are of good quality and are an attractive option for many types of applications.

Features of Ty-Fast® cable ties

Ty-Fast® cable ties are cable ties made entirely of plastic and are available at WKK in lengths ranging from 115 to 1041 mm and in widths ranging from
2,4 to 8,8 mm. They can withstand a tensile strength of up to 79.3 kg.

Ty-Fast® cable ties are made of the material polyamide 6.6, are halogen and silicone free, and are available in the colors natural and black. They meet multiple international approvals, including UL and Lloyd's.

The all-polyamide closure combines low insertion force and high tensile strength. The rounded head in combination with the low profile ensures fewer protrusions. The tails are equipped with a two-sided finger grip design that helps the user to grip and tighten the cable ties. This ‘Sure Grip tab’ ensures that the tail does not pop out when inserted into the head and then holds it securely for final tightening by hand or tool.

Cable tie installation tools

In addition to the cable ties of the brands Ty-Rap® and Ty-Fast®, WKK also supplies two different installation tools for plastic cable ties. One cable tie tool is suitable for plastic cable ties up to 4,8 mm wide. The other tool is intended for plastic cable ties from 4,8 up to 7,6 mm wide. Both cable tie tools have an ergonomic grip that offers comfort to professionals who process many cable ties every day.
